Shawn Emrich, ARM, CEBS
Founder, Strategic Benefit Solutions
Shawn is the founder and managing partner for Strategic Benefit Solutions. Shawn has insurance experience in group life, accident, and disability insurance as an underwriter for CIGNA, and has worked in healthcare underwriting for Aetna. Prior to those experiences he served as a teaching assistant for the Risk Management and Legal Studies departments at Temple University.
Shawn graduated magna cum laude with a 4.0 as a risk management and insurance major, receiving the H. Wayne Snider award for excellence in risk management prior to graduating. During his time at Temple, he successfully completed nine professional examinations in order to obtain his Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) and Associate in Risk Management (ARM) designations.
Shawn is currently studying with The American College in order to obtain the Registered Health Underwriter (RHU) and Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) designations. He has his producer license for life, accident, and health insurance in the state of Pennsylvania.
